Don't care. Store bought mozzarella is easier, cheap and tastier. But this is DIY so others may be interested

Go on...

I don't even know what kombucha is.

Are you trolling? It literally has "sour" in the name, and you think salt is sufficient, buddy?

Are you reverse trolling? Salt and cabbage are sufficient, it's a fermented dish Anon. Other flavorings are nice (juniper berries, caraway seeds), but not necessary.

I make powder form stuff. Just let a whole lemon dry out in the sun for a days and grind it. Surprisingly effective. You could probably add it to a diluted ethanol solution or whatever for a liquid form.

>> No.1225467

Can you post your detergent recipe? I've been using ground up bars of soap mixed with borax and Arm & Hammer. It does the job, but after long work days the smell of rotten sweat tends to linger. Nothing a nap full of bleach can't fix, just curious if there's any better way to do it.

Not OP but...

>beef jerky
Piss easy to make if you just buy a $20 dehydrator. Marinade some thin cuts of meat in whatever, slice them as you see fit, run the dehydrator for 6-12 hrs (depending on how thick the meat is).

And kombucha is fermented tea...its whatever. People drink it because its supposed to be healthy (its a probiotic).
