I would say the final or best design should be this:

a simple photoshop mixture of rocket, container, crab meat, the dresser, box fan filter, egg crates, and arduinos, with no text or just /diy/ since the picture will be self explainatory

this will be the most elegant and most fitting representation of this board

It could literally be 2 frames which would easily drop the file size under the limit.

Flipping from chan to diy is the only thing that matters. No need for redundant frames, and you could stop the slight shaking.

Photoshop allows you to choose the timing for each frame, so you just add a couple seconds to each frame and youll be golden
