It can be if you are energy efficient. A battery bank can be charged. Then you only use it for x amount of time then let it charge again. I would assume there's more solar panels than those listed since it looks like a cut-away diagram. There's tons of other mistakes though. lol

He has an absurd amount of fucking cameras, machine guns, doors, spot lights, grow lights, cooling at 500 feet below the surface would be much more difficult because it's 7 degrees hotter due to the depth at the bottom, which is a lot for cooling to have to be constantly fighting. It would be one thing if he had an efficient layout or well insulated but he has steel for walls underground..
