I have small cracks in my surfboard around the tip of the board, how do I go about fixing them?

Is it fiberglass or wood or...?

Bondo absorbs water. Don't use bondo. Use poly fiberglass.

Not after you prime and paint. Still a better idea to use fiberglass though.

My recomendation is to cut a piece of fiber glass cloth to the shape and size of the affected area and then cover with slow setting resin. Once its set sand it smooth and enjoy your fixed board.

As a side note, pressure cracks wont be fixed ever, but you can stop further damage by using my method. eventually pressure cracks can get so bad that you snap your board in half, its just the way its gonna be!

I get my supplies from TAP
