The trick to dents is to use a hammer to pop the metal. Find a hammer and with a bit of force, bang on the edge of the dent and it should pop right out.

Car dent pulling kit.
In the mean time, hot glue a bit of dowel to the dent, then when it's cooled, try pulling it back out. You may have to try this several times. Car dent pulling kits work on the same principal, but use better hot glue and pulling contraption.

You arent going to be able to fix that, your only hope would be to hire a PDR guy and even then youd have to take the entire door apart to get to the back side of it, assuming the door isnt jam packed full of expanding urethane foam youd likely have to chunk out and then replace somehow

Drill a 3/8" hole in the top of the door. No one will notice it. Afterwards, you can just shoot a small amount of foam in it when your done.

You need to find a paintless dent repair tool that has the right angle to get behind the dent and apply pressure from the other side like the other guy suggested.

All you had to do was buy a shit load of magnets, place them randomly all over the fridge and cover the dent with the ugliest one but make sure you superglue it. Then make up a story on how it was a family heirloom and has to stay on the lower part of the fridge so it removes evil spirits or some shit.
