Go to Harbor Freight, get the $10 angle grinder on sale (for $10, 1/3rd off normal price of $14.99), a pack of 40 grit cut-off wheels, ear protection and the hard face shield. Cut the bottle open where the green and clear pieces meet.

I've been in soap bottle opening business(sbo) for 12 years, I think I can help.
That palmolive peach soap with 330ml size is known to cause people problems and bringing me many clients. Funny thing is that the secret to open that bottle is an easy but well kept trick in our business.
That bottle uses a soap bottle pump patent that was made known to consumers in the 60's and was targeted for old soldiers with PTSD.
It's a pump bottle but all the original user instinctively pulled the pump off the bottle like a socket from a grenade, thus opening the bottle.

Funny fact: the original inventer also invented "Bath Bombs"
