I'm cleaning the clutter in my room and found some stuff that my hoarder self would hate to throw away, so I'm going to reuse them. What can I do with this plastic bag ring? So far, I have reused some loose tiles to make the mushroom glued on the wall.

Throw it into the ocean so the sea turtles can play with it.

What's wrong with Arduino and Raspberry Pi?

They often aren't the solution to a problem but are mentioned anyways because they're memes.
Many threads start with "got an arduino/rpi, now what do I do with it?"

Factory I work at loves to use them (IT department is cheap, lazy, and dumb). We have a few setup as desktops. Default install with some programs only removed from the program menu. They also use them as a "security system" to monitor doors (without rfid badge scanners/locks) to know when they are open or not. They also are using the LattePanda boards (x86 sbc with an arduino built in) as desktops with the arduino disabled.

Not required. The best threads are the ones that a lot is done with a little, imo.
If someone were skilled, why would they want /diy/ input?

Here's some possible replacements:
>complains while contributing nothing
>stop liking what I don't like
>/g/ tier elitism
