I'm pretty sure I've seen some of those modular connectors with hydraulics in them.
Also, compressed air can carry water if the drier gets fuked or there isn't one. It can also carry oil if there is an oiler in the system.

I've seen enough electrical where a small amount of oil gets past a seal on the connector and it literally wicks all the fuck over and fills the fucking harness and connected components with oil.

Yup, these are my goto connectors for 'large scale' stuff.

TE bought Deutsch in 2011 - but I guess there was some internal/legal reasoning so they made their own line of DT/DTM/DTP connectors: AT/ATM/ATP. Slightly cheaper, interchangeable, and at the time available at mouser/digikey unlike Deutsch stuff. Now both are offered and its kinda confusing why. Also seen lots of fake DT connectors which never have the internal receptical seals.

Pic related my stash.

It's a weight optimized version of MIL-38999/83723 connectors primarily for use in autosport ('Deutsch AS'= autosport). The smaller pins/sockets allows one to use a 1 size smaller connector housing size for less weight.

The ASHD also allows for bulkhead connections of up to 2awg which is pretty rare.

Nah they have flaws
I mean come on, the fucking design of it shorts all the pins on connection.
It's also proprietary and by spec, requires a MFI certification from Apple to even make one.

Gay Francisco, CA is not the world. 80% of the population use Android devices. Ever since Steve Jobs died of AIDS, apple has been failing.

fuckin a.

Pic related, Bulgin 8-pin. Commonly used in multi-channel lighting (mobile disco controllers and shit) - best being, cable was somewhat humorously male-to-male plugs, so, you left waving around 4-6 channels of 240v live pins in the dark, while (usually) drunk. Fun stuff.

I'm not sure what metric you're basing that on.

It says right there, 'annual revenue'
Apple is a hype/marketing machine with a shitty product and shitty support designed around brainwashing you to think that you are the problem, and their product is perfect, despite your personal experience to the contrary.

This is like someone pointing out that tesla has high market cap and saying they are the best car company in the world. Someone then points out that virtually any other company shits all over them in almost every metric except market cap. Elon Musk just has a super power to make people buy his bullshit.

I was really hoping he'd step in it with that SEC violation or little boys in a mine, but he seems to be made of teflon too.

apple products are made in china, in sweatshops that have girls as young as 12 years old breathing toxic fumes without respirators. they are told that the thin paper masks will protect them. If US laws applied in china, there would be over 20 million EPA, or OSHA violations per month.

I never said anything about their quality or ethics. They're the highest valued corporation in the world whether they rape babies or sell petrified dog shit or not, and that's all that was said before you started throwing a fit.
