My neighbor to my new house is a classic boomer. He has a huge antenna on the top of his house.
That thing radiates so much it fucks my house up.

He's easily busting 1500W and said he wont lower his power or go without the amp he bought.

I hate the feds and dont want to get them involved. So what can I do?

The only rule (not even a law) he is breaking is using max power. You're only supposed to use the minimum necessary for a QSO.

OP is fucked that he's getting harmful interference. Several options are snap on ferrite chokes on the power connectors as close as possible to the equipment or on speaker wires as close to the speakers as possible.

I'm sorry, OP, you have no legal recourse and as a Ham, I am saying this guy is a dick. I went to all my neighbors and told them about my station and should they hear me or get static to come get me and I will install ferrite chokes on the effected equipment. So far, I have only had to choke an ancient stereo.

The only option is guerilla warfare. Cobble together a battery powered device that feeds electrical noise into the antenna. I aint no genius but I got a feeling even a modicum of power is enough to scramble his communications.

The only way that much wattage would not interfere with either of those dishes is if they are both inop, or if the antenna and the dish(es) are never on at the same time.

If that's his tower, it's rusty as shit and might fall over and that powerline on the left of the picture is in jeopardy of being hit. You now have a structural safety concern you can call the city's inspectors about.

A working neon sign... remove the base and cut the wires at the glass connector. Use it to make a Jacobs ladder. The spark gap will create interference all across his bands.

10 watts isn't even going to interfere with a Chink radio held in front of that Yagi. 100 watts won't. My one ham buddy doesn't even mess with his neighbors' tech until he hits 1200 watts and he does that to mess with their stereo when it's too loud.

I know a bunch of Gomers always transmitting 1500. Fuck, go to 7200 during daylight and it's AC1DD, K1LEM and K9RSY just shitposting at 1500 when they can easily hear each other at 50 - 100 Watts,

Protip for those of you installing antennas, ham or otherwise.
Set up the tower, install the antenna, but don't put any coax up. None. Tape off the connectors on the antenna.
Let that sit for a few weeks. Wait for the neighbors to complain about tv/radio/wifi/whatever interference.
You can then tell them to shove it up their ass when you tell them there isn't anything hooked up to the antenna, and hand them a pair of binoculars to verify that.

Then you can wire up whatever you want, and your neighbors will leave you alone.

OP is full of shit.

By law most places allow you to erect anywhere between 30 and 75 foot towers on your property to receive wireless communications.

Then OP has options of buying a fucking noise filter. Seems pretty fucking clear. Those old TV/radio picking up unwanted noise is due to manufacturers cutting corners and not following the design specifications. FCC has already acknowledge these problems and advise people to take it to device manufacturer to complain about.
