That doesn’t look too bad yet. 6pt shallow socket and a long handle ratchet would probably do it.

Otherwise extractor sockets are your friend. A little heat never hurts. If you do any automotive work at all, I highly recommend at least getting a cheap propane torch. The PB blaster barely had a chance to soak in without some heat to expand stuff.

Bunch of solutions for that. The manual impact drivers are straight. There’s big ones for brake rotor PH3+ screws and such, but more recently they’re making 1/4” drive impact drivers so you can use any bit. Whack the rear with a hammer and it digs into the screw while rotating it slightly.

The little silver long cylinder thing in picrel is the 1/4” impact driver. I think AutoZone sells em or they’re about $15 on Amazon.

Screw extractors work pretty good for extracting screws. The little case with the left handed drill bits and spiral extractors in picrel. The cheaper sets are <$20 and aren’t bad if it’s not some fancy hardened screw that is super seized. Worst case you send a left handed drill bit straight down the middle the whole way.

Depends how stuck it is and how deep it is.

That pic would be easy to grab with pliers or vise grips, or if it’s a clean screw in wood, regular PH bit on an impact driver and lean into it with some weight.
