I need to restock my pantry and get one of those chest freezers to store a bunch of stuff long term, and figure out how I want to store a bunch of water.
I've got insurance against raiders and a means of hunting, and my house has a decent solar/battery setup that means if the grid goes down I can keep everything running.

Medicine is probably the big one, aside from Panadol, aspirin and a first aid kit I don't really have anything that might be used to tread a really bad wound or infection.
