You're going to literally get people killed with you psuedo medicine BS. You can re-mineralize a tooth with some methods, but once it breaks through the enamel, which is what a cavity actually is, there's nothing you can do to fix it. At the point of "excruciating pain" the cavity has reached the nerve and infected it. You didn't "cure" it, the infection killed your fucking nerve and you won the dice roll of your immune system handling the infection before it spread to your jaw.
