I'm looking to build a high quality hero's engine or aeolipile. I'm getting interested in steam engineering and I think this would be a great starting project which I could admire.

I know how to make one with cheap materials, but I'm interested in making a high quality one with good metals. Unfortunately, this is my first DIY project and I don't own any tools.

Someone guide me in the right direction of what I should use. I also don't own a bunsen burner or anything, so could someone give me a tip on how I could easily heat the water up?
