I'm fixing a leak in an old pipe to my water heater.
I have a question though. My setup is like this, and I can either install another elbow, or bend the pex piping to reach. Is that a bad idea since there's a couple fittings that are going to be under added stress, or should I just go with the extra elbow and slightly worse water flow?

I need to connect the cold water inlet on my hot water tank. Is bending this setup like this a disaster waiting to happen from the added stress, or is it all good?
I can also just add another 90 degree elbow instead of bending it, but I heard that's bad for water flow.
