I've got hot water radiators, not steam, they don't ping like steam.
My piece of shit slumlord has my radiator hooked up to a common area, the entry room, and I'm not going to be paying to heat that.
Can I just turn it off at the valve out there?

Also, I only use my living room really. I keep the heat off most of the day. Should I enclose my living room and turn off all the other radiators, or at least dial them down?

I'm not poor, or that poor, but I also think my heat provides heating for my landlord, but I'm not sure, so I mostly want to fuck him over.
