I had mold problems in the bath of my new apartment because it doesn't have windows and the ventilation system could be better. It seems the former tentant caused the mold problems and that dickhead just painted over it with normal paint, leaving me to deal with his retardation.
Didn't take too long for the mold to come back. Tried several things that didn't work, like e.g. hydrogen peroxide, to no avail. Got some AGO and shit looks like new now. Fantastic stuff. Just make sure to air the room out properly since it produces chlorine gas.

If you want to prevent the mold from returning, you could also get special anti-mold alkaline wall paint since mold hates alkaline environments. Said paint is expensive, though.
