Question for you (or any with experience) in regards to ebay/amazon sales

How do you handle the shipping aspect of it? I mean do you insure your packages, or just send with basic post? Do you have sign on delivery for more expensive items? Tracking?

How much care do you take in the actual packaging of your items? Bubble-wrap and heavy-duty envelopes? Or do you keep it as cheap as possible?

I don't have a lot of experience with online sales and this is one aspect that has always seemed to be a hang-up for me.

Also do you have to deal with customers charge-backing at all, or claiming they did not receive merchandise? If so, is it common or fairly rare? Or do you insure/sign-on-delivery everything as to avoid this?
