Hmm heres some hella easy thing to do:

Gelatinous rice balls (has alot of names in Asia, japs called it mochi):
>Need 2 things: rice flour and red bean paste
>mix rice flour with water till its a workable dough, the ratio will not really affect the taste or texture, it just makes it more workable when rolling them in to balls
>roll rice flour dough into a ball then make a log then cut small ball size segments. Like maki sushi rolls-size.
>flatten the ball segments and fill with enough redbean paste in the middle.
>wrap dough around it and mold it into a ball

to cook it:
>boil water in a pan enough to submerge balls add a pinch of salt
>dump GRBs slowly
>when they float they are ready
>make sure they dont stick to the bottom of the pan since they wont float that way

Also I dont really know where to get rice flour but you can make them yourself by soaking uncooked sticky rice in water overnight, then air dry it then mill/grind it to a flour.

You should find red bean paste in an asian department of your grocery store. You can also substitute some crushed nuts with peanut butter, or w/e.
