Buy a 70s Travco. The combo mopar 413, 727 torqueflite, fiberglass shell and rock solid appliances makes a 50 year old RV a actual good buy. The achilles heel (besides the mopar tax) is brake parts, only one place has them and you'll pay like $350 for a wheel cylinder. Everything else is readily available and there are clean rust free ones well under $10k.
