Does anyone have any experience with converting a school bus? I've been considering it lately since I'd save like $8000 a year on rent and could potentially travel a lot more, but I'm not sure yet if it would be worth the trouble. I'm 6'2" so I'd probably need to raise the roof if I wanted to be comfortable long term, but I don't have any welding/fabricating experience. My alternative is eventually going to be finding overpriced rental housing with an unknown roommate once my current lease runs out, which sounds pretty grim to me.
