wait you glued down that timing belt cog in the OP? Walk it off with a pry bar. Figure out how to turn the cog around to continue walking off with pry bar. Maybe strap wrench and pulling the spark plugs. OR reinstalling the bolt and harmonic balancer to spin it around.

Shouldnt cause too much damage to the cog or whatever back plate but either way it looks replaceable. Sometimes you gotta walk these off without glue involved.
