No, number of poles comes first, then throws, e.g. DPDT. This notation gets ugly when you have a neutral position in the middle or a momentary position. A better format is ON-ON | ON-OFF | ON-(ON) | ON-OFF-ON where ( ) denotes a momentary (non-latching) action.
