anyways, i absolutely understand you. i guess poisoning the dog (or the neighbor kek) could be done with some kind of rat poison. or your brother-in-law could hook you up with some hardcore pesticide etc (extremely cruel, but i suppose in your situation it's some kind of ultima ratio). the most "humane" thing would be making the dog even more aggressive, to the point where it may bite the owner and thus sorting itself out.
