every time i make a pcb i am torn on if i should use tht or smd. smds are smaller, but pain in the ass to solder and not rbeadboardable and my projects are never hurting for space so i can fit both tht or smd without problems
also since i hand solder the biggest advantage of smds, which is pick and place automation is of no benefit to me

so i usually end up with a mix of tht and smd on my pcb because i just can't make my damn mind.. when i order supplies from chinks i usually also order both tht and smd versions of resistors and shit because i can't fucking decide which to stick with

>FUCK that means the others i had are as well and now i have to buy them expensive locally and what two days from them to arrive
