Oh, I wanted exactly this thread, I thought at least. I want to buy a bunch of M2-M3 screws for tinkering with 3d prints and such. Mainly M3, though, but some very small ones for special cases.
Wondered which kind of head I should be going for. Now I see people here fighting over it: *sad*
Why has every step in life be difficult?!? So now one really knows, there's no right or wrong, I might jst pick them on a whim. I was mainly going for hex or some cross like +, mostly flat head. I also like the ones which have a bigger round head to be moved with a gripper, but not with a pattern for a hex key on the outside, rather with some pattern for random grippers.
