New fag here. I have pectus carinatum different but many of the same feels. Big problem as atalented /diy/erbut as a adult not so much, My well developed charisma is social compensation. Any attention negative or positive because of my chest is now a good thing.

I actually seen a someone like OP at work two days ago, he lifted his shirt and quickly turned to hide himself before putting his shirt back on.

Just a reminder OP this is more common then you think but we all hide it on some level or another so we don't see it in others much.

If I was you I would look into if your government will pay for corrective surgery (communist health care) You'll just have to lie and claim it's causing chronic crippling pain.

For the short term I'd wear a small slightly too tight shirt and one large lose one over top.
