This is what /diy/ is reduced to, brand recommendations on **grooming** products?!!!!

What's next, "Hey, anyone got any good recommendations for shampoo?" FFS!

OP, you could have started your own research on this in like 5 minutes using Google. And in case you think this is a cut-n-paste brush off I researched exactly this a few months back so I know firsthand it would literally take only a few minutes to narrow down on brand, then you'd only need to hone in on model no. within your price range.

You'd think that, but apparently you'd be mistaken.

>im from /k/ some one told me you needed me.
No, we didn't. Your suggestion would do a lot worse job than many of the ones already given.

>anyone here have an idea on how to melt and press thermoplastic into a cheap alternative to the plasticard they sell at model and hobby shops?
Yeah, because that's practical. FFS just salvage scrap plastic from empty food containers!

Is this OP still? Why do you continually think of the trickiest, most complex way to solve a problem when there are existing solutions — better ones — already out there? It's one thing to have the DIY spirit, it's another to be deluded that you can always do something cheaper at home or by hand.
