It was a 14mm bolt head, I used a 14mm wrench (picrel, unbranded) and 14mm socket. I have a full set of sockets so I don't just use the first random tool that fits over it. I'm used to Japanese bolt sizes too so I can generally just tell.

I bought a hugeass breaker bar, some swivel joints for my impact, and those flower pedal shaped with sharp rifling in them to eat into the bolt, let soak in the blasty all night, blasted w heat gun, and was somehow STILL unable to get it.
