on second thought, 10MHz at less than a watt won't be much of a problem. worst case is the FCC sends you a letter telling you to stob dat :DD and then you cross that bridge when you come to it, but again, not really something to worry over

Niggers, I understand now :
The voltage difference only BETWEEN the two phases is 380 volts but 220v phase to neutral. That's why nothing happened when I plugged the two phase terminals together.
0v is fed to the huge transformer so nothing can light up and no power is coming from the output.
This means everything working on 220v inside does work independently from the rest but I can only get power with 2 phases....
Ghhhhhh.... w...wait .... I'm sure I have something akin to 380 volts in the laundry.
Will examine schematics more and post results.
