dude, the illegals at home depot manage to do drywall without issue. you'll be fine.

just go in knowing what needs to be done, so have a few sheets of drywall ready, a tub of pre-mixed jointing compound, tape, some drywall spatulas.

i've taken down 3 of these this summer with just a shop vac with an extension.

literally just walk up and stick the vacuum on them. not one has gotten away yet. they all get sucked in. once I'm satisfied, i break off the nest with the hose and suck that down too.

then suck up some soapy water.

done.

otherwise, hire a guy out front of home depot to do it for $20 and some coronas.
