Check the rules and laws
do when wet/damp to cut down on fibers, suggest active misting or rain if you can
wear cloths that you plan to toss when done and don't leave the job site wearing them
wear full mask P-100 or better is required!!!
recommend eye protection and googles under neither
wash down before leaving site, then wash down again, then shower thoroughly
research how to do it right

I studied Ceramic Nano Hazards in college, they had a whole two week section just for asbestos. Can't pay me enough to deal with it. If forced I would do full hazard setup. Even a small exposure can be bad as fiber can circulate inside repeatedly breaking DNA again and again till statistically one of those makes a cancer cell that goes nuts and kills you. People's anecdotal stuff don't make it safe, just proves some get lucky.
