Having read your list of desires and demands, sated only by your complete lack of ability, I'm curious as to where you intend to put this effort?

Put some effort into reading basic stuff about how batteries work - test a 9v on your tongue - light an led with a 3v button cell..

If not - start a thread on /out asking which flashlight is best suited.
