What's a good way to fold the handle under the frame? Second poster suggested a hinge but I'm having a hard time imagining how the handle stays in place when folded out unless it is always pushed forward.

Pic is my parts list so far. Cutting the boards in two to form four boards to make the frame. Is it a stupid idea if I use the extra plywood to make a frame instead? Trying to keep costs low.
