you have to wear the right gloves that are not going to snag I did similar shit all the time removing rusted bolts from old wood you get the old bolt spinning with an impact then push it back into the hole when you get space under the head and washer you stick your fingers in and pull the bolt out while its spinning in the impact. goatskin gloves work good for it ive watched dumb ass people wearing synthetic gloves try the same move after i tell them not to and it grabs every time and crushes their fingers
