Not sure about price, though. You'd have to negotiate, and I'm sure you'd have to haul it out of there yourself.

Honestly, I can't see living in anything smaller than a 747. The DC-3, as cool as it may be, is small. You wouldn't be able to stand comfortably.

Also, the insulation and maintenance... aircraft aluminum is light. You don't want your house moving whenever there's a strong wind... You'd have to continuously patch it, too.

All around, not a good idea, IMHO.

You might have to borrow her phone to slip a custom background app on it.

That would let you know the general area she's in. Then you could just tail her with a camera.

Okay, if you are starting from scratch, you will need more than that.

If you hang-out with her at the bar and stuff, you can probably slip a GPS transmitter in her purse. You could disguise it as something she would be carrying (matchbook, etc). The battery would last long enough for you to retrieve it at a later time.

Have you used or seen a RepRap? I'm thinking about getting into rapid prototyping, but I wanted to know if it's worth the effort, or just fun junk.
