It's pretty amazing. And it's not as scary as you might think. Usually it's not even a fully assembled bug any more, as you fry them they usually fall apart. Sometimes they stay together if they are large enough, but it's like...seeing a chocolate spider? Doesn't even have a head or fangs. No hairy back or anything. Tarantula's don't have their tails or heads after you cook them and only part of their claws. Gotta cut some parts off so we don't get hurt eating them! Tasty yum yum

Alligator, Ants, Wild Boar, Buffalo, Cow, Chicken, Clams, Cod, Crab, Crocodile, Deer, Duck, Eel (GOD I LOVE EEL), Elk, Fish? Pretty much any fish lol, Frog, Goat, Grasshopper, Horse, Lobster, Moose, Octopus, Ostrich, Oyster, Pheasant, Pig, Quail, Rabbit, Reindeer, Salmon, Scorpion (Actually fucking amazing), Shark, Sheep, Snail, Snake, Trout, Turkey, Turtle, Tarantula.

That's about it. I want to go to travel everywhere and eat what ever I can, I love meat, I love food in general. I fucking don't think I could live with out bean sprouts. haha

What ever you do, do not do that. The sauce will sear and burn, the shrimp will bake and burn, by the time it's heated, it will retain no flavor compared to what it was the night before.

Depends on what the sauce is, but if you take a non stick pan and put it over medium heat with a little olive oil, and cook it on medium for 2-3 minutes, it will heat it through with out reducing the sauce or overcooking the shrimp.

Haha! Rad! Sounds good to me. It'll be called <CK'S BURRITO BROS>, for now, I'm going to just keep cooking for family and friends, It'll be january or so till I actually get this up and running, febuary the latest.

Tillamook isn't actually even very far at all. Wow! Yeah, if you ever wanna just, hang, I've got a big group of friends, and we make it like a party at least once a month where I make tons of burritos. It's become quite the popular thing to do with my friends and family.

Sounds neat. So chicken curry with fried onions and green peppers, over jasmine rice with crushed sweet chili heat doritos. That's actually a good idea. I'll wrap it in a garlic lime burrito wrap for extra flavor.

Of course I'll test this before I sell it, but it sounds like the flavors would mesh quite well.

I'm 35, I've saved up a fair amount of funding from working, I might consider taking a loan to make things easier at the start, I'm not really using this business as a way of profit, I just, absolutely love to cook, and I want to feed people tasty food and make sure they are full for cheap.

I'll be working, And I should have two other people working as well.

Well, I'll probably not open till about 9 or 10 am, and start prep between 6-7 am. Just to make sure everything is in order.

There will be a lot of prep work done before the shop opens up generally, most of the items will be taken care of quickly. The fried fruit I could see being a problem, but if I flambe it then it will cook much faster.

In general after I've made the preparations for the burritos currently, it takes me between 3-4 minutes per burrito. I don't think that's too bad.
