my kind of person

It tasted super bland. Like what I'd imagine peasant Europeans to eat back in the dark ages before they go slave for their white overlords.

for some reason i dont think the general population and the overlords had too dissimiliar a diet. besides meat. meat is king in human diet. it seems all so common now, but there are still peasants and overlords. not sure of the math but seems like couple billion people dont even have running water, much less meat

me and my girl didnt want to take beer in a cooler on a two night hike about 5 miles into a park, so we took a big bottle of jim beam and koolaid packs. we got the water from the river, white river in ar. it was nice to relax and kick up your feet to a cozy campfire, (with a calming refreshment)

i learned this from being a drunk ass 20 year old on trips to big bend with old friends i miss

i found this idea on youtube years ago, larry hall i believe was his name. buckets with netcups sitting on rain gutters. best part you dont have to remember to water, it takes care of itself.

thx anon. i have turned several friends onto this, one of my buds built a 60 foot long gutter in his backyard i have pics of somewhere ill look for em.

this is a finished batch of sauce. I really didnt know how to season it, so i added italian seasoning to it, thyme oregano and a few others. the carrots gave it a little sweetness as i didnt want to add sugar. it tastes pretty good. still practicing though.

ill do a garden thread sometime and show pics of my setup.
actually about to build a lima bean gazebo soon, and ill take pics of that procedure. bye for now

after selling some, giving plenty away, freezing whole tomatoes for winter and still have fall tomatoes started this week, i felt that a few pints of great sauce was warranted.

heirlooms are tough to grow without imperfections but oh so worth it. im doing an experiment this fall grafting heirlooms on hybrid rootstocks. they say your harvest can triple.

i love gardening. its all done in containers too
