Oh I understand, I can get some ammonia and dismantle it and have a go at it. I thought it was in much worse shape than that!
It still fires so I guess everything will be okay.

Are you sure? I mean those plates are supposed to be completely clean right? Do i just take a steel brush to it and an hour of hard work and bust that shit off of everything?

Alright guys I was doing some spring cleaning. I live in a white family that cant cook at all (Electric stove, the grill pictured).

The point of the thread is that I want to use a grill this summer, but I have no money and all we have is what I am posting here. My white family's busted old propane shit tier grill. I just want to know if I can save it or if I should just throw it out. If it is savable PLEASE give me some instructions, online offers help for low grade cleaning while I think this is a disaster.

Apparently you can buy a sloppy-joe that has a krispy-kreme doughnut for buns...

excellent, was just re-listening to all the ice and fire novels. This will give me much and more to listen to after.

good tips, squash was one of the things I was hoping to grow this year.

I feel your pain. It isn't quite that bad but much more than I was expecting. I am not one for a fat tax, but I do wish government could find some way to subsidize healthier, whole foods in America. It would really help cut down on all the hambeasts. They could look at it as a military expense, since they are already fearing problems recruiting due to so many fatties.

ive been using sparkpeople which is very similar, with full calorie counter and assisted meal plans, workout counter and lots of motivational stuff. Hoping it helps.

1500 calories a day would be pure torture for me. I've seen hot spinner female eat more than that.

that honestly sounds delicious. The applesauce would be better than butter in it really.

great link, bookmarked.

As for fish, the only kinds I know for sure that I like are cod and Orange roughy. I am willing to branch out and try new kinds but will have to do it slowly because of budget risks when I get something I don't enjoy.

Are there any other kinds of fish you could recommend based on that?

did you make the pancakes from scratch or did you use a mix that had grains and seeds? if so which ones? do you use syrup? I am honestly curious about this stuff because I really don't know what works and what doesn't as far as feeling full with a good calorie to nutrition tradeoff.

Thanks for the motivational words

I will have to go to /fit/ I honestly thought all that stuff was good. I got it off the diet site sparkpeople

There is just so much false info out there, it is really difficult to tell what is good and what isn't.

wow 99c per pound of strawberries, that is unheard of here. The closest one to me is a bit away but I could make a trip out there now and again. Good call.

That is very doable for me. As for the occasional sandwich, what kind of bread do you recommend?

lol thats where much of my food budget comes from 120 per month on bridge card

Latest receipt. http://imgur.com/IPt6RpN

Not as filled with veggies as it should be but right now I have the palate of a 10 year old child. I am trying to try new veggies and ease into them as an adult but a lot of things I previously did not like.

as you can see I spent more than half my food budget on very few items. I need to work on shopping better. I send my mom to do the shopping and haven't been in a grocery store in years due to being a recluse, so I rely on threads like these to get shopping ideas. It will get better as I learn more
