dude just broil some like fucking asparagus witj salt and pepper or saute some spinach in some butter/garlic man. get some kale and saute them bitches in butter/garlic with a bit of balsamic vinegar. vegetables fucking rock i like them better then fruit.

besides if you don't like them whole then you def aren't going to like them liquefied.

i feel like every other countries MACdonalds are higher quality, i think Americans just are used to them being shitty and don't expect anything more.
