it's such a pity that Soya is the most cheap, bulky, and long shelf life source of protein. it's ok to survive on if you have to but it will eventually kill you, and if it doesn't kill you your balls will fall off. many times I have had to survive on this shit when I thrown myself into extreme situations. my standard lightweight bug out pack contains dried soya mince freeze dried vegetables gravy granules butter buds and powdered mash potato. with a few spices it is at least as interesting as those ration packs you get but much lighter to carry therefore you can carry more. short term survival only because eventually it will kill you
