I used to be obcessive-compulsive about this. My grandparents grew up in unironic medieval-peasant tier poverty, so my parents raised me accordingly. I'd spend 14h+ a week obsessively thinking over what I'll eat, how I'll cook it, when I'll buy the ingredients, if they're the right ingredients, what the exact weights of the ingredients should be, when will my ingredients spoil, etc. I was creating plan Bs if I'm not hungry, plan Cs if I start eating and can't finish the food, etc. Meanwhile, I'm a middle class law student.
After 3+ years of this I slowly grew out of it to maintain my sanity. I've accepted the financial hit of throwing things away sometimes. I now spend about €50 on groceries per week while I'm bodybuilding and taking into account my busy career as a fledgling lawyer.

first and foremost: mushy bananas
mushy apples
mangoes look gross, havent even tried them.

oranges and grapes aint so bad., strawberries are good as long as you dont expect me to also eat the mushy ones.

i also hate fruit, sometimes ill just eat an orange or apple for the fuck of it, but then sometimes the apple is soft and mushy and i have to eat the rest of it fuck that.

and your right fruit is always just rotting. like sometimes ill pull an apple off a tree if i am extremely bored, but fruit on a counter top is gross

ive sauteed apples into my chorizo and beans sandwhiches sometimes

i fucking hate pulp in juice. fuck. the texture of fruit is awful. bananas are repungent,

i shouldnt get scurvy if there is lots of lemon in the stuff i eat, thoguh
also i enjoy most veggies. some things like boiled carrots and peas can be pretty boring and unappetizing, but ill eat them the few and far between times that i am actually hungry.

i also dont like eggs

Have you tried a crab/lobster mayo? Its when you put water and crab/lobster shells together, boil it, put it in a blender, then put through a metal sieve/cheese cloth to get the oil, and use that to make mayo.
