My issue is that I don't like things whose entire flavor profile is just spicy. It's like they rely on the spiciness as a crutch.

It's another thing to know how to feed yourself when the dorm staff make getting access to the only kitchen in the building more effort than it's worth

what are some cheap recipes I can make in the microwave, or just without a stove?

There's also the fact that you need an RA's permission to use the only kitchen in the building, and they hold on to your ID card the entire time you're using the kitchen.

it's just too much of a hassle to do first thing in the morning

I live in a hall style college dorm, so cooking in the morning is out of the question.

I usually buy a coffee and scone from the on campus cafe
