I use two ways to do it:
1. Meat mix with chopped onions, salt, black pepper. After mixing add oil, i prefer sunflower one. Get it rest ower night.
2. Chopped onions, soy sause, black pepper, chopped hot pepper and little bit of salt, cause soy is salty. Mixt it with mear and make it rest over night

Good source of protein and calories since I do a lot of cardio and gaining weight is hard, and it tastes pretty good.

I own one and I love it. The pods are $0.70 each for a good espresso that's made in 30 seconds. If you consider that too expensive then you shouldn't get one.
If you're a coffee nerd then you obviously know better and think that it isn't "real" espresso. Fuck that. It tastes good and I can make it as I'm stumbling in the kitchen at 6am.

Pepper Smash cocktail:
In highball glass, muddle 5 slices of bell pepper & a few sprigs of mint
Add 2oz gin, 3/4 oz lemon juice, 3/4 oz maple syrup.
Shake with ice.
Double strain over old fashioned glass filled with ice. Garnish with bell pepper slice & mint leaf.
