I’ve put a lot of thought into the whole idea of merit based tipping with delivery for distance driven or number of pizzas and while I think it’s ok in theory I’m still disappointed whenever I take a delivery that’s close by and they give me a cheap tip. I just do 20% in all cases.

After cleaning out the tubs we use to hold black olives I can’t taste or smell them up close without gagging. Olives and mushrooms are THE worst pizza toppings hands downs.

This happened mainly before the pandemic and now recently that people have stopped caring about social distancing. Lot of people here have pools and lake houses so it’s not uncommon to hand a pizza to some one in a bikini or swim trunks. Nightgowns and bedrobes would just be people who ordered early in the morning before they’re dressed or late at night before bed.

Yup, managers make all the difference. I’ve outlasted four GMs in this store, some of them were chill as fuck and others would write me up if I wasn’t wearing my hat at all times.

I don't hear most of the complaints since I don't work the phones, but on busy nights we get alot of cancelled orders and people asking for refunds if wait times get too long. The only time someone has actually complained to my face about not being happy with her order I said "Damn that sucks. Have a good night." Then walked away.
