Also, I didn't mean for that to come across as so negative, it looks good. What I mean is that people here are watching and enjoying but might not comment, but people will inevitably post a bunch of negative comments, deal with it.

Hey root, I remember you. Get your ass prepared for a few negative comments and nothing else. Were here watching and lurking though, please carry on.

Just dropping in to say hi to the regulars and wish luck to the newcomers. I doubt I'll do much this year, I mostly lurk these days. Am very much looking forward to watching though, hopefully there is lots of participation.

There is banana puree in it, if I'm not mistaken. It is pretty sweet tasting. Good stuff though, great on pizza so old its on the verge of being trashed.

Sometimes I cook but nobody here gives a damn. I mostly give short advice, make funny shitposts, and occasionally participate in the alchoholics threads, but usually lurk these days. If you hang around we have a yearly cooking challenge comming up that youd probably enjoy.

Midnight moon aint bad, im more into ole smokey though, its from tennessee. The one I posted is only in texas, worth a try if you have some extra money though, its great. I asked for a bottle of Onyx for christmas last year and my mom told me to fuck off and got me a bottle of Crown Royal. Better than socks I guess.

not sure if I'll be making spreadsheets, I'm old fashioned and do all my math with pencil and paper still. I'd consider it though if you want to send me your template.

how again do you send and email address on here that is done in a way that the whole world can't see it? not that I'm not getting shitty spam all the time anyway but sometimes some of you worry me.

sorry, they will be scored on a scale of 0-4

ayyyy good to see you still around.

about to type up the rules, any last minute suggestions are welcome. it will be a one week long contest and entries will be scored on a scale of 1-4 for appeal, presentation, and challenge goals. some sort of name or identifier is required. instead of adding up the total scores I will try something new and average them. themes will be left very open for interpretation, they are to be based on cooking styles/certain cooking appliances being used.

if it wasn't obvious I'm that drunkard that likes to cook everything with alcohol as an ingredient :^)

We used to have these glorious things called western burgers. It was spiced ground beef completely wrapped in a large hamburger sized bread roll and then topped with the runniest most diluted nacho cheese sauce on earth, that shit was transparent. But they tasted so good and there is no way to recreate it at home.
