I am going to storm the castle now. but before I go I might have an M.L.T. at the local inn.

this is a nice one because propane
and it says it cooks a pizza in five minutes
can either be used with a cannister or hooked up a 20lb tank.
its $300 USD but if you do a lot of pizza , might be worth the investment to you.

sure , here

2 Cups Warm Whole milk ( about 110 or so degrees)
1/2 Cup melted Butter
1/2 Cup Granulated sugar
mix this together until combined
then Add either one packet or 3/4 Table spoon of dry yeast ( I used fleischmann's instant dry yeast, I just sprinkled it on top and let it get happy )
after about two or three mins ADD
4 Cups or flour SPOONED and LEVELED----
NOT scooped and packed

gently fold in until even mixed----
then Cover and put in warm place for an Hour----

in a separate bowl ADD-----
1 teaspoon baking power
2 teaspoons salt --- (UNLESS you are using salted butter , then just one teaspoon)
3/4 cup flour
mix these together and sprinkle about 1/2 on the dough ball and the other 1/2 on the work space
then fold and dump ------ work into a ball
then roll out into a 14 by 20 flat , it will be about an 1 inch thick-----
3/4 cup of really soft butter , BUT NOT MELTED , --- spread this like plaster on it
3/4 cup brown sugar evenly spread on top
2 Table Spoons of Cinnamon evenly spread over it-------

ROLL into a Log (snug But NOT MASHED together )
Wet the Edge with a bit of milk and pinch together .and roll the seam to the bottom
Cut into 1 1/2 inch rounds----- ( I would run the knife under hot water every three slices it cuts better without dragging the dough)
Crowd into what ever dish you want to use
cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
BAKE at 350 degree's for about 25 to 30 minutes..

icing for the Rolls ----
1 cup powered suger
1/4 cup melted butter
two tablespoon milk
mix until combined Drizzle over rolls
let them cool a bit , serve with tea or coffee

Side note :
these only took two hours including the 1 hour proof and 30 minute bake.. super easy

however it was cold sunday around 61 degree's they would have been puffier if the yeast had gotten a little happier , next time I will use a proofing box if it is not warm enough

that is also just regular icing , as I discovered not to many people like that heavy cream cheese frosting . so I made an executive decision and went with the easy icing
1/4 cup melted butter , two table spoons 1/2 and 1 cup of confection sugar. mix 'n pour

also , something I should have mentioned in the original post is I did boil the sliced potato pieces for about 10 minutes then drain and let them drain in a colander before stacking them in the baking dish. and I think a little less cream and butter , or I might use mozzarella cheese , I was surprised at the amount of gravy that was produced , even thought the potatos did absorb it later on,
cooking is experimentation with different idea's to see what will taste good ..

when it was hot not so well the top slid off , but after it was in the refrigerator over night it cut well and stayed intact while being reheated in the microwave.. actually tasted better when all the flavors combined and spices infused into the potatoes.

ya , it was when the angry children who want to be tough and bully people in real life came on here .
they could say shit on here that would get them an ass beating if they said it anyone in real life.
they are just little sniveling cowards who hide behind the keyboard .
the lay back and cool people finally got tired of the childish tantrums they thru when they didn't get any attention and found other places to hang out on the web.
