EVOO, deenz with all oil, zest and juice of 1/2 lemon, capers (big ones cut in 1/4) all go in a pot, bring to a simmer and smash the deenz a bit, add a ladle of starchy water, almost cooked spaghetti and finish cooking the pasta to your preference in the sauce. Based on https://toriavey.com/mediterranean-sardine-lemon-pasta/ you can adjust it to your taste.

it's only important if you fast for extremely long, like that guy did :) otherwise it is protein sparring, the human body isn't stupid.

My flame gutters and dances on occasion, to be sure, but I think you are fundamentally right.
It does read like a kid wanting attention though, doesn't it?
Funny thing...If you haven't been here for very long, you may actually believe that "Shock value" holds much sway...here...of all places.
lololol!

I grew up with an old family heirloom double set of HCA and The Brothers Grimm from the 1870s.
Had a lot of old original Oz books too.

>I put chopped sundried tomatoes, crushed dry oregano and freshly powdered grana or parmigiano before rolling it all up, forming the loaf, proving and baking. It's good shit
Sounds amazing.
I'll have to try it in a no-knead loaf.
Growing up, my mother used to make a bisquik based cheddar onion and poppyseed bread.
While I wouldn't eat that now, the flavors might translate well into a REAL bread loaf.
It was a quickbread on par with Irish sodabread, so maybe that format would be better.
Quickbreads handle wetter ingredients much better, and it wouldn't be hard to make an un-pozzed version.

Was going to do that too, and since it seemed unbalanced without dried cranberries too...
Well, who wants to be kicked in the nuts?
I mean, aside from masochists.

and be sure to chew slowly & taste every bit and bite of your food

>> No.20349147 [View]

hey /ck/ the worlds doing great you oughta grow your own food and veggies and perhaps plant a tree

the thibg with eating food is that you did not actually work for it... you see living animals that get turned into food and now you are all programmed to just see food prices rise versus looking into it

excuse me plz respect your food and eating habits you need not eat every 4 hours try every 3 or 4 days and so on go slowly and immerse yourself into the research and effort

and also... be mindful... food is very easy to obtain now, so any extra effort will help keep your mind and conscious guilt free
