Its called a "Full English" breakfast. It will keep you full for most of the day, lots of protein, carbs, fibre and fats. I you do a hard manual job it will give you energy. Vitamin C in the tomato will help absorb the iron from the meat and Black Pudding, which is made from congealed pigs blood. There's brown (fruit) sauce on the bacon and red (tomato) sauce on the bangers. Not to be recommended though for every day, but some may have this

In the UK mustard is served with roast beef. It can also be used when making ham sandwiches, just put on a very thin scraping of mustard betwix bread and ham. Mustard can be added to a Vinaigrette. mustard can be used in a marinade or coating on meat prior to cooking. experiment, have fun and bon appetite.

Could you use a bread maker to make soup, If you put in prepped veg and some stock? Agree though bread best made by hand or with a stand mixer, though a bread maker could prompt the wife to want to make bread by hand. You could use the bread maker to bake the bread after working it by hand though.

I know, I could not remember which was which, I like the area downhill from the railway station, with Gardner and Sydney street in. Lovely, interesting and quirky shops and good selection of eateries. I get my Vegetarian shoes from there.

It a business that sells bespoke chocolate cakes covered with a chocolate icing. It's based in Brighton with one other in London. Its delihtfully over the top and the cakes are devine, I had one for my marriage cake. Celebs and such like have them made for them. Try their web site. Ohh it's not a store, it's a cake shop and showroom with a cafe upstairs. That part of Brighton (The Lanes or North Lanes) is popular with tourists.

He father was a Nigel, he was a politician in UK government, chancellor I think. Got made a Lord for his services to the country. He may be Jewish but is English also, she is also English and claims she's a food writer, though is a good home cook, who's found a market for her writing/books/TV progs. She is one of a few TV cooks I'd watch.

I have one pot of starter. I take out what I need to start an overnight ferment, in this case 50gram added to 350gram flour and 400gram water, left covered overnight upto 15hours. To this I add more flour and salt, mix, stick it in a bread tin, leave that for 3-6 hours till double in size and then bake. I add fresh flour and water to the original (mother) starter and just stir it in. I use a small amount of starter to make what could be called a production dough, whereas other recipies call, for example, mixing 500g flour and 300g starter with water and salt, mix and knead, prove then bake. It's just different approaches to making bread and does not require getting rid of half the starter. Hope that clarifies.

I buy locally grown Asparagus, (luckily I'm surrounded by Asparagus growers) I'll eat them raw in salad or lightly steamed. The season is just over a month so I need time to build up taste memories. In the Autumn I'll get Damsons, a small very tart tasting plum, and make jam with it. I can then have my Damson jam throughout the year, yummy.

>How do people get fat? Like what exactly do fatties eat.
whatever they want, whenever they want
or just whenever they want, because a lot of they do have anything from diet drinks to actual vegetables, they just eat enough other things and exercise so little it doesn't make a difference
