Well it's mostly industrial, new wave, harsch-industial, electro, very good actually. Been going there for 10 years, where it was before and now.

I had butter chicken with naan bread and green tea. I will probably go to an alternative club myself alone in Montreal and have 1-2 beers.

I'm lactose intolerant, but I saw that they are now having probiotics (from Bio-K) that are not made of dairy, like soy or rice. I have the same problems as your spouse, with irritable bowel syndrome. But i'll check this out for sure, I think this could help.

I don't even eat a lot. The only fat I have is the belly, which is mostly swollen/bloated and water retention more than fat, said the doctor and gastroenterologist. I have mostly one meal a day because i'm almost never hungry, but I do know it is not good for a diet. So everything here in this thread does help.

As well as white rice

What I know is white flour, pasta, and white rice are non-foods and have been destroyed by processing. They have a higher glycemic index, little fiber, and radically lower nutritive values. The basic result in your body is like eating sugar mixed with glue – congestion, fatigue, weight gain, malnutrition.

Refined sugars are often a factor in numerous disorders.

>The only way to make a diet/weight loss actually stick is to make a permanent change to your life. If you "go on a diet" you'll start putting weight on as soon as you get off the diet, since you're not supposed to be on a diet permanently and you never learned proper eating habits or portion control.
>Instead, if you just eat like a normal person you never have to change again because your diet is sustainable.

Quite happy about this. Motivation FTW.
