Dude where do you live? Double decker tacos are on the menu at every taco bell I've been to.

I honestly regretted not putting it in quotation marks. I was more using the term because /ck/ always calls them that. I genuinely find them to be incredibly useful tools.

Got one of these as a step after my old rice cooker died. So far I've mostly used it for rice, lentils and soups; or to reheat food without a microwave. Recently realized I could make tamales in it and they came out great.

Anybody else have creative uses for them?

I know they're kinda a meme, but they're a godsend when your kitchen is small.

Cayenne, onions, mild peppers, olives and fresh cheese is what I use to make any frozen pizza decent. For about $15 bucks I can make roughly 20 decent meals.

They won't taste like good pizza, but they won't be shit.

Just Name#password. I haven't used one in years, but it does make it easy to find your post. I'll use my old one for this post.

That's like 15 packs of ramen or 3 lbs of rice. You won't eat well, but your belly won't be empty

>WTF is that ketchup on the grilled cheese sandwich plate doing there?!!?
Honestly it almost looks like it's there just for color.

I know I'm splitting hairs here, but I strongly prefere tomato soup + a quesadilla instead of grilled cheese.

inb4 a quesadilla is a mexican grilled cheese.

Honestly it's just because I'm a Roman pagan. I worship the major feast days in place of normal holidays.

I even spent some time on line chatting with some sweadish friends who wanted me to join their Yule celebration. Basically they set up a video feed and we drank beer together for a couple hours.

Honestly pagan holidays are more fun IMO. Feasting and drinking with good company is the real point.

I cellebrate Saturnalia and this year I'm going to be making salmon broiled with a coating of pesto sauce. I'll be serving that with some indian style rice and a side of penne in maranara.

If I have time I may try to make a bit ofPuglise style bread.

For h'ordeurves I'll put out some breadsticks wrapped in mozzerella and prosciutto, some crackers with brie and roasted garlic and some green olives.

I always tend to use a traditional chef's knife, but my girlfriend's knife set came with a chinese cleaver. I tried it today and found it very comfortable to use. I think I'm going to make it a point to use it instead of a chef's knife for a month to see how they really compare.

I used to use Barilla, but then I tried the great value brand on a whim and there's no difference in quality.

>oatmeal raisin
When I was a kid my favorite cookies were my grandmothers banana oatmeal raisin . So soft and chewy and not too much sugar to overpower the other flavors.

When I bake fries I use a metal casserole dish. When Im supposed to flip them I lay a cookie sheet on top and shake it like a baby.

Sometimes I'll go without eating for 2-3 days, but that's because I lack a normal appetite.

Does that count?
